Mr. Jason Yu
Jason is a Tax Director with KPMG Shanghai. He has 18 years of specialist tax experience in China providing tax advice to multinational companies and domestic companies. He serves client across various industries including life science, funds, industrial manufacturing, consumer, information technology and entertainment, etc.
With the rapid change of Asian economic and tax environment, many companies are facing problems or difficulties in its operation. Jason Yu, who witnessed all the changes, has been viewed as a valuable advisor to many companies with his rich experience and deep understanding of the macro mega trend and the micro-regulatory changes. He possesses ample experiences in providing diversified tax advisory services for MNCs in China.
Mr. Johnny Li
Background:
Johnny is a Senior Tax Manager with KPMG Jiangsu. Before he joined KPMG in 2017, Johnny worked as a tax manager in another big four.
Professional and Industry Experience:
Johnny has 9 years of professional tax consulting experience. His expertise includes providing retainer tax consulting service, restructuring tax consulting service, China entity "Go-Out" tax advisory service and tax due diligence service.
In terms of PRC tax, Johnny’s clients cover a wide spectrum of industries such as automobile, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Johnny also provides advice on China R&D tax incentive and successfully helped his client to apply the HNTE and R&D super deduction for profit of FY19.
