Families of the World - Art Exhibition

European Chamber’s 4th Annual Human Resource Mixer

Human Resource is all about people. This is reflected in the choice of the exhibition’s topic as well as in our aim to bring people together to interact, meet and learn from each other during our mixer.

This year’s 4th Annual Human Resource Mixer was themed “Families of the World” exhibiting photographs from Boaz Rottem and sculptures by Jeff Day.

The exhibition “Families of the World” aims to emphasize the importance of the world’s families for human civilization. According to the artist’s words:

„The health of the world‘s families is what ultimately will decide the outcome of civilization. The major impact on that health is the speed in which the modern/technical world is moving. This exhibition is intended to help people slow down and realize that, although there are many different kinds of cultures and families in the world, there is the common bond of love that holds them together. Our work is to heal and restore that love“

At the entrance to the event each guest was awarded a “flight ticket” around the world as they viewed photos taken in various countries. Around 100 people attended, and it was a relaxed afternoon filled with net-working, meeting new friends, art, and jazz.  Fine wine and delicious appetizers were served as the guests enjoyed a sky-high view. Eton House was the Gold Sponsor of the event, and the new principal, Mr. James Armstrong, warmly welcomed everyone. The Silver Sponsor, Atlas Copco, awarded a lucky draw prize of red wine.

The European Chamber would like to kindly thank our sponsors and guests for their continuous support.
