From the 3rd to 5th November, CNZA, Salveo and the European Chamber welcomed a delegation of members to Changshu’s New and Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (CNZ) to discover the city’s automobile industry and pioneering zero-carbon initiative. The delegation included approximately 25 members from each delegation from the European Chamber and CNZ. Following visits to companies including Keiper Seating Mechanisms, Hydrogine Power Technology, Siemens Zero Carbon Digital Centre, and ACTC Light Composite Material, the delegation participated in a roundtable discussion on overcoming the challenges of business and governmental collaboration to achieve zero-carbon goals. Speakers included Mickael Naouri, Energy Working Group Vice Chair (Corporate Affairs and H2E Senior Business Developer, Air Liquide) and Simon Lemin, Environment Working Group Chair (Director Industry Segment, TUV SUD).
