Members of the European Parliament meet with European Chamber in ShanghaiOn May 9th a delegation from the Legal Affairs Committee of the European Parliament paid visit to European Chamber in Shanghai where they met with Ralph Koppitz, member of the Shanghai Board responsible for the Legal WG, Joseph Rogers, Chairman of the IPR WG and Dr Ioana Kraft, Senior Business Manager. Ahead of their meetings with the authorities in Beijing the members of the Delegation were briefed on the IPR situation in China. The Chamber representatives further informed the participants about the latest lobbying efforts of the Chamber with regards to the draft Labour Contract Law and the implementation of the Company Law.
