The Hangzhou International Business Association (HIBA) invited Thomas Felber, General Manager of the Shanghai Chapter, as a guest speaker for their monthly round-table meeting on May 13th. The European Chamber had the opportunity to brief Hangzhou-based expatriates on all aspects of the Chamber including our role in the business environment, past accomplishments and perspectives for 2006 and beyond. HIBA members and guests welcomed the tailored program which provided them with relevant and useful information. It is hoped that such cooperation will continue over the coming months.
