Representatives of the EUCCC IPR Working Group in Shanghai visit the Shanghai Reporting, Complaint and Service Centre for IPR ProtectionRepresentatives of the EUCCC in Shanghai, Mr. Doug Clark, Mr. Joe Rogers, IPR Working Group Co-Chairmen and Dr. Ioana Kraft, Senior Business Manager visited the Shanghai Reporting, Complaint and Service Centre for IPR Protection on 22nd August, 2007. Mr. Zuyao Chen, Director of the Centre, Mr. Chaoyin Yang, Chief of Comprehensive Planning Section and Ms. Min Jiang, Vice Section Chief of IPR Complaint Section at the Centre welcomed the guests with an informative presentation followed by an open discussion and an interesting tour of the Centre. The IPR Working Group representatives gained valuable insights of the responsibilities, characteristics, and working methods of the Centre particularly on how European Companies can contact the Centre to report and seek assistance for IPR infringements. Both sides are keen to enhance their cooperation on IPR Protection in the near future.
