European Chamber presents Key Recommendations at the 2008 China Froum on Criminal IP Protection Go back »

The IPR Working Group of the European Chamber were invited to attend the annual “2008 China High-Level Forum on IPR Protection” and “2008 China Forum on Criminal IPR Protection” held on 21st and 22nd March. With various case studies and policies clarification, these two forums were a good platform for practitioners, IPR officials and academia to exchange opinions on the achievements, new directions, difficulties and challenges of IPR Protection in China.
Dr. Ioana Kraft, the Senior Business Manager at European Chamber Shanghai Liaison Office, delivered a speech at the “2008 China Forum on Criminal IPR Protection”. In which, she presented the European Industry’s concerns and recommendations with regards to criminal IPR Protection in China.
The audience and forum organizers showed great interest of the European Chamber members' concerns and recommendations. The European Chamber appreciated this opportunity to deliver the messages and remains keen to contribute to improving IPR protection in China.
