On 23rd of April 2008, The European Chamber PRD chapter and his delegation of European Companies attend the 2008 Macao International Environment Co-operation Forum (MIECF), a government –Led conference event, supplemented by an accompanying exhibition positions in Macao as a regional platform for environmental protection industries, with specific interest to facilitate co-operation between European Environmental protection companies and various provinces of mainland China.During this event, the European Chamber have been honored to discuss with different representatives of the Chinese Central and Provincial governments such as the Vice Minister from the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Representatives of the Environmental Protection Industry Bureau of Guangdong and Guangdong Industry Association for Environmental Protection.
Following this forum, The European Chamber PRD chapter will settle a series of meeting with Local authorities on Environmental issues in China. The next meetings will be during the 7th China International Environmental Protection Exhibition in Guangzhou from the 17th to 20th June 2008.
