Data collection starts from 1st September 2008, with Employee Positive Perception Reports available three weeks after survey completion for on-line surveying.

• The key markets of Malaysia and Thailand have been added to the 2009 study in a response to the growing demand for talent management insights in these key markets
• As part of the expanded 2009 study, the Hewitt Best Employers in China 2009 study will include research into the emerging workplace trends:
― Managing part-time and casual employees
― Alternative work arrangements
― Managing contractors
― Career opportunities ― this key driver of engagement will be researched in more detail this year
― Gender diversity and tapping into the female workforce
― Organizational culture ― providing insights into personal values of employees and how these compare to the corporate values of the organizations they work for
― New reporting options available to all participants to ensure you get the most insight from your employee opinions

Remember all nominations are confidential and an independent judging panel will select the Hewitt Best Employers without having access to organisation names. Only the names of organisations named Hewitt Best Employers will be announced publicly.
