The Scandinavian style office buildings and standard factories in the industrial campus will be built in two phases. The campus can provide a home for high level manufacturing and R&D for high-tech industries specialising in software, telecom, biology, pharmacy, automobile fittings, precise apparatus, etc. “NSIC” has adapted itself to help Swedish, Scandinavian even European and American small and medium enterprises to enter China, and also help them to establish and run their business in China in an easy, fast, low cost high efficient way.The first phase of “NSIC” which is comprised of 25000 sqm offices and factories will be finished and put into use by early September. When the second phase is finished, over 40 Swedish or Scandinavian enterprises will be attracted to settle in NSIC, the total investment will reach 200,000,000 usd. This industrial campus is the first Swedish “Scandinavian Industrial Campus” in China.
Through setting up the industrial campus project in China, using the culture, convenient location and the broad network within Chinese government and Chinese industrial realm like Panda Electronic Groups and other enterprises, the Swedish founder of “NSIC” helps the small and medium foreign enterprises to set up their business in China.
