设计思维”（Design Thinking）源自于美国硅谷，最早由全球最大的商业创新咨询机构IDEO 提出，它的核心理念是Human-Centered Design（以人为中心的设计），已经影响了包括宝洁、SAP、西门子等诸多企业争相将其作为内部创新的主流方法论。
设计思维是一套系统性的思维方法，通过集合众人的智慧、跨界团队合作、运用同理心来创造一个多角度立体思考空间，突破惯性的平面思维定势，深入问题的核心找出根源，实实在在帮助组织找到属于自己的一扇机会之窗。
