The purpose of this seminar is to enable the operators of business to understand the legal risks from the internal and external which may be encountered in the daily business operation, and helpfully to establish or improve the management mechanism to avoid, reduce or transfer the legal risks which may cause economic losses to the business.

Speaker Profile:
Mr. Yan liang started practicing law in 1993, and obtained LL.M degree(international business law) from Manchester University in 1999.
Mr. Yan specializes in the field of company law, merger, FDI; contract law; construction law. Mr. Yan has also handled a large number of litigation and arbitration cases involving contracts breach, and other disputes, etc. Mr. Yan is serving as the legal counsel for a number of state owned companies and international companies.

闫亮律师从1993年开始执业，1999年获得英国曼彻斯特大学国际商法硕士学位。主要执业领域公司法，公司并购，外商直接投资；合同法，EPC项目等建设工程。同事代理了大量的合同纠纷等诉讼案件，担任多家国有企业事业单位的法律顾问，积累了非常丰富的执业经验。
