319, East Zhong Shan Lu From the discussions among Human Resources Managers during the HR roundtables (4 seminars) came up the idea of making Working Groups. The purpose of WG is: - to enhance key concerns in all HR aspects. - to find solution by sharing experiences, and if it is not sufficient, with the help of an expert, once the specific issue has been clearly defined. - On a long term basis, to make recommendations that could contribute to the Position Paper. Lobbying is also possible thanks to such a Working Group. Finally, the WG allows achieving results through collective action. One first HR WG will be held on DECEMBER the 2nd in order to brainstorm, define the most important topics and set up priorities among the different subjects.
To do so, please send us in advance: - the topics you wish to learn about. - the topics on which you could provide information, share your experience, case studies. - the external speakers names and contacts you could think of.
