Dear Working Group Members,
Shanghai is committed to building a globally-influential science and technology innovation centre, and the role of FIE Innovation centres play an important role in accomplishing this mission. Shanghai Municipal Government has issued Opinions on Further Supporting FIE Innovation Centres to Participate in the Construction of Shanghai's Globally-influential Science and Technology Innovation Centre. The opinions put forward many talent policies related to FIE innovation centres, articulating that the talents play a key role in Shanghai’s aim of being a science and technology innovation centre in the world.
How to employ foreign talents? Is there any facilitating process if an enterprise is recognized as an FIE innovation center? What is the specific process? To better understand FIE innovation centre-related HR policies, the European Chamber’s R&D and HR joint working group meeting is going to take place on 24th April 2019, 14:30 – 17:00, at the European Chamber’s South China Chapter. The European Chamber is delighted to welcome Shanghai Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs to discuss with members on FIE innovation centre-related HR policies.
