Karel van Bommel is Agricultural Counselor for veterinary and phytosanitary market access to China and Mongolia at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Prior to his posting in China, he worked for the Director-General Agriculture at the European Commission for three years. In 2008, he started working at the the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature & Food Quality, where he held several positions. In 1999, Karel started his career at the Dutch Agricultural Economic Research Institute. He graduated from the Erasmus University with a Master degree in Economics.

Cynthia Wei, Senior Director, Public Affairs and Sustainability of Bayer China Co., Ltd. In this position, she takes lead to establish governmental and public cooperation projects and to promote sustainable agriculture concept and practice, to transfer the successful pilot project to business model. She holds mater degree (MBA), has rich experience in communications and public affairs, and has worked in several 500 fortune companies, including Honeywell. Before current potions, she worked for Bayer CropScience, a business unit in Bayer, for more than 15 years. Therefore, she accumulated deep insights in sustainable agriculture, and took rich business management and operation experience.

Mr. Xu graduated from Lincoln University in New Zealand. After returning to China, He has been engaged in rumination (dairy cow industry) for more than ten years. Now He is in charge of the carbon reduction project of dairy cows in DSM China.
