Please note that the meeting time is now from 4 - 6pm, November 18th (same day). This change of time is due to a special opportunity in which the National Energy Administration has invited the Energy Working Group and selected companies to attend a meeting in Chinese from 1-3pm to discuss foreign investment in China. Our Chairman Xavier Chen will represent the Working Group and debrief members at the working group meeting afterwards. Attached is the list of issues the National Energy Administration wants to discuss at that meeting.

4. Update on Proposed Dinner with Mr. Zhang Guobao, NDRC Vice Chairman and Minister of National Energy Administration
5. Update on Grid Study Tour to Europe and Seminar by Adam Dunnett, Holly Cheng, and Alberto Mendez
6. Discussion on White Paper: China’s Policies and Actions on Climate Change
7. Mr. Frank Haugwitz from EU-China Energy & Environment Programme: Introduction to “Key Policies Regarding the Construction of Biomass CHP Plants in China” and “Off-Shore Wind Resource Assessment Summary”.
8. Upcoming Events (Chamber Ball November 22, Wind Breakfast Seminar, 3rd New Energy Chamber Conference...)
