Dear Finance & Taxation Working Group Member,
We are delighted to invite you to attend our next Finance & Taxation WG meeting to be held on Tuesday, 22nd June 2010, 9:00 AM at our Beijing office. This will be the last meeting of Mr. Pierre Wiehn as Chair of the Finance & Taxation Working Group as he will be relocating to Paris as of August 1st.
At this meeting we will focus and comment on Transfer Pricing.
This meeting will also provide an opportunity for Finance & Taxation WG members to give direct input on recent developments and topics that would like to be discussed in future Working Group meetings.
Tentative Agenda
1. Presentation on Transfer Pricing by Lea Gebhardt (PWC)
2. Experience sharing on the implementation SAT Circular 698 - tax on gains from sale of shares (direct and indirect sale) by foreign companies in China
3. AOB and dates for next meetings
