New Advertisement Booking Form
In order to include the new European Chamber Chapters of Chengdu and Tianjin inaugurated this year and to widen the distribution of the Business Directory, the European Chamber has decided to postpone the publication date to November 2005 and to create new advertisement spots.
The Chamber is pleased to offer its Members a 10% discount as well as a Full page company profile in the 2006 Business Directory instead of the normal half page company profile.

Booking & Payment Policy:
Space booking is on a first come first serve basis. After we receive this booking form we will send you the
advertisement specifications and an invoice. We will reserve the advertising space until we receive the full payment.
The deadline for sending us your advertisement material and making payment is September 15th 2005. Past
this deadline, we will not hold the booking.
Payment should be made by Cash or Cheque at the European Chamber Office in Beijing or by Bank Transfer. Click

- Print run of 2,000 copies
- Distribution in China: to 650+ European Chamber Member companies in Beijing, Chengdu, Nanjing, Shanghai and
Tianjin as well as all EU Member States Embassies and Consulates, Delegation of the EU Commission, Chinese Central
Government and Ministries.
- Distribution in Europe: to the EU institutions in Brussels, and WTO office in Geneva.
