Synopsis
In an increasingly competitive business environment such as those in China, strong controlling capability is seen by more and more companies as one of the key success factors for improving and optimizing business performance. However, there are many challenges for both managers and controllers in China who would like to implement controlling practice in their organization.
Dr. Zhen Huang, independent management consultant and exclusive training partner of the German Controller Akademie in China, will give the audience a brief introduction into the world of controlling, show the impact of controlling on business performance improvement, and illustrate some typical problems of controlling in Chinese environment and their possible solutions.
His presentation will deliver answers to the following questions:
