At this meeting we will have the pleasure to welcome as a speaker Dr. Oliver Lutze, Special Counsel at Spruson & Ferguson and former Head of Intellectual Property at Bayer China to give a presentation on the Service Inventor’s Remuneration Regulation and Mr. Elliot Papageorgiou, Chairman of the IPR Working Group of the European Chamber to discuss with you about the general IPR landscape for R&D in China, its evolutions and risks.

The Ministry of Science & Technology has accepted to meet with the European Chamber Chairs to discuss the R&D Position Paper and other issues faced by European companies relevant for their portfolio. The meeting will be end of November with the International Department and Policy and Regulations Department MOST in Beijing. At this R&D Working Group meeting, we will discuss about the key issues and messages to be raised with MOST, as well as questions we should send in advance in written.
