Dear Working Group,
Following up the exclusive dialogue with the NDRC on Anti-Monopoly Law enforcement hosted by the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China on January 22nd, 2015; we are pleased to invite you to another session focused on competition policy with officials of DG Competition of the European Commission.
During this session, DG Competition will debrief the members of the European Chamber about the relations of DG Competition with the three Chinese Anti-Monopoly authorities (MofCom, SAIC, NDRC), the EU-China Competition Weeks and the latest developments of this dialogues between Europe and China.
Tentative Agenda:
- Debrief about the relation of DG Competition with the 3 Chinese AML authorities
- Debrief about the goal, history and developments of EU-China competition weeks
- Debrief about the latest Competition week from 16th to 19th March 2015
