关于六西格玛 About Six Sigma
谈到六西格玛管理,可能很多人的第一反应会是,“六西格玛是通过使用统计学的知识和方法来改进工艺,提升质量水平的。” 有这样的认知也是归功于摩托罗拉公司于20世纪80年代中期成功推进六西格玛有关。但是六西格玛本身的发展也是与时俱进的,无论是管理理念、方法工具还是实施模式,今天的六西格玛与当初摩托罗拉所实施的六西格玛有了根本的不同,而且有不少国际公司将六西格玛管理演绎成为提升核心竞争力的经营战略,但我们依然保留了六西格玛这个名词。
