Ms. Xu joined Siemens Ltd., China in 2005 and she worked at Siemens for 15 years. She is the Vice President of Siemens Ltd., China and Head of Compliance Corporate Country China. Before that, she successively worked as Compliance Officers in various business groups and Data Privacy Officer of Siemens China. In these roles, she leads her team in managing the compliance-related matters including compliance risk assessment and control, case intake and internal investigations, compliance communication and training etc. She joined the Monitorship Team at Siemens AG in 2010 as Compliance Consultant, supporting the Monitor Dr. Theo Waigel in executing the Compliance Monitoring Program in all Siemens entities worldwide for three years.

Sean Molloy joined H&A in 2020 and oversees the firm’s consulting operations across Greater China and North Asia. Mr. Molloy specializes in crisis and security consulting, corporate restructuring, incident response, crisis management, and business continuity planning in Asia. Prior to H&A, Mr. Molloy spent a 20-year career in various risk and security roles in the region. He previously led Asia development for the world’s largest asset recovery brand, and has had management roles in some of the largest Asia focused think tanks and non profit groups in the U.S. Most recently, he served as a partner at Control Risks, a leading global risk consultancy, where he led the firm’s North Asia crisis and security practice for more than five years.

As an established writer and editor, Tom has written extensively on economic issues in China and the region.

Since joining Hill & Associates in 2018, Tom has led numerous bespoke reporting and analysis projects focusing on China-related themes and topics. He has also spoken at security forums and conferences, earning a growing reputation for sharp insights regarding current and emerging risks and threats.
