The best way to enhance your inclusive leadership is by empowering and coaching others. ISLC Executive and Leadership Coaching Accreditation Programs (Level One and Level Two) are certified coach training pathways with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The Executive and Leadership Coaching Essentials Level Two program enables coaches that have successfully completed Level One to go beyond the foundational skills and tools of coaching. Level Two helps our coaches to develop truly mindful coaching dialogues and more deeply connected relationships for business. Coaches will be capable and prepared to coach executives to achieve greater organizational results.
The program utilises a unique “Acquisition[1]Application-Integration” approach to develop coaches who walk the talk. The participants’ journey will include: pre-reading, an intensive 3-day training program, a reflective learning task, a Supervised Coaching Internship (SCI), and two Competencies Master Classes (CMC).

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?第二阶课程目标受众
Our Level Two coaching program is open to all graduates of the ISLC Level One program. A minimum 30
hours of coaching is encouraged to be prepared for Level Two program content.
ISLC的第二阶课程面向所有ISLC一阶毕业生或者具有同等培训经验的教练。我们鼓励学员至少有30小时的教练经验，以便为二阶课程内容做好准备。
FUTURE PATHWAY进阶路径
Successful completion of all requirements leads to the ISLC Level Two Certificate.
成功完成所有课程的学员将获得ISLC第二阶证书，并可以参加ISLC的其他进阶课程。
ALUMNI NETWORK校友网络
After graduating from Level One, all alumni join the worldwide ISLC online community giving them access to the faculty. The alumni community has access to a wide variety of resources, including webinars, reading lists, sample coaching engagement contracts, the ISLC and ICF codes of ethics (CoE), and samples of coaching contract proposals.
Additionally, alumni can pose questions to the community to explore global best practice. Alumni members are invited to face to face and online events in their region.
Completion of Module One is a prerequisite for people interested in working with ISLC as an Associate.
