The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next event in the urbanisation series, an evening seminar on real estate.
This event will focus on recent market updates and developments in China’s real estate sector. Experts from different industry sectors, including accountancy, commercial and legal, will share their industry insight and perspective on this important topic. From market-cooling measures in 2010 to policy readjustments by the Chinese central government in early 2012 in an effort to boost the slowing economy, this event is designed to help you minimise exploratory costs and the costs of transition, incurred by related market developments and regulatory changes.
