The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next event in the urbanisation series, an morning seminar on smart community governance.
The local government has amped up efforts in recent years to build Shanghai into a smart city. Its present 3-Year Action Plan, based on the 12th Five-Year Plan for Shanghai’s Economic and Social Development, focuses on innovation-driven transformation to usher in a new round of rapid development of informatisation and to further put into practice the 2010 Shanghai World Expo motto of “Better City, Better Life”.
