The European Chamber Tianjin Chapter is pleased to invite you to our next GM Briefing event on the evening of May 29th, 2014.
At this event, we will invite the newly elected President of the European Chamber in China Joerg WUTTKE to present the major findings of this year’s The Business Confidence Survey 2014 (BCS) and will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. The BCS brings together the input of over 500 senior representatives of the European Chamber’s member companies to provide an annual overview of their performance and outlook from within the Chinese market. How are European companies performing, what are their plans and what are the real challenges? The survey was conducted in February 2014 and has taken place annually since 2004, allowing it to highlight patterns and examine the impact of the Chinese government policy and global economic trends. The launch of BCS will also take place in Beijing and Shanghai at the same day.
Also, Maggie XIE - Head of Government Affairs of European Chamber in China will share with us her insights on this year’s Two Sessions which is followed by an update on Chamber’s lobbying priorities 2014. Then the attendees are invited to share their perspective on the business policy trend in 2014 during a roundtable discussion.
