【Background】
The socialism with Chinese characteristics entered into the new era, the new judgment of the main struggles is deeply affected the environment of labor and employment of the year 2017.
1. The field of legislation:
The new laws accordance with the compliance of human resource (HR) was continually published, but the renewal and modification of “the labor contract law” and “the labor law” are still undecided.
