Rothlin International Management Consulting (“ROTHLIN LTD.”) was registered as a company limited by shares in Hong Kong On 14th of November 2013 and was being registered as a WOFE (wholly owned foreign enterprise) - in Beijing on 26th of February 2014.
With its unique combination of theory, based on excellent research, and practice of ethics, ROTHLIN LTD. strives to respond to growing demands from civil society, government, media and business circles for an improvement of ethics, compliance and sound business practises. ROTHLIN LTD. attempts to provide also a positive outlook on the rich wisdom traditions of Chinese culture and history. In cooperation with our partners the focus is to develop pragmatic solutions, especially in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable economic growth with a focus on China.
ROTHLIN LTD. has the following objectives:
To provide consulting and advice companies and organizations in good business practices and sustainable development and promote the adoption and implementation of codes of conduct and compliance programs.
To assist business people and government agencies in coming up with pragmatic solutions to create a business culture based on honesty, integrity, respect, financial transparency and responsibility.
To support training and education in ethical business practices and support its widespread and consistent practice.
To deepen understanding and awareness of the crucial role of Corporate Social Responsibility in helping move towards sustainable economic and human development on a global level.
To do research contributing to the development of the field of Applied Ethics, including Business Ethics, Ethics in Finance, Engineering Ethics, Medical Ethics etc. and to further develop Applied Ethics as an academic discipline.
Skills & experience
· Bachelor or Master’s degree in English language; Experienced in translation esp. academic documents;
· Knowledge in business development, ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility; Modest and ready to learn;
· International experience, including working or studying abroad, or with multinational corporations and international NGOs is a plus;
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work independently;
· Interest in Business Ethics, international issues, and philanthropy
· Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in cross-cultural / mixed language environments.
