Job description
Marketing department of the European Chamber is responsible for developing and managing Chamber's marketing strategy, website, social media, newsletters and overall branding.
The marketing assistant (intern) will work as an assistant to the marketing manager with the following responsibilities:
- Prepare e-newsletters;
- Assist to manage official WeChat account;
- Research marketing and communications industry news;
- Update official website content;
- Assist to shoot and edit videos;
- Assist to organise Marketing and Communications Forum events;
- Other administrative tasks;
Skills & experience
- This position requires 4-5 days per week for 6 consecutive months;
- Fluent in both Chinese and English;
- Strong communication skills;
- Tech-savvy and ready to learn;
- Creative and think different;
- Proactive attitude;
- Accuracy and attention to details;
- Familiar with social media platforms;
- Basic skills of Photoshop, video and audio editing software are preferred;
- Basic knowledge of online content management system, for example, WordPress is preferred.
