Job description
The Marketing Manager will create, implement and nurture the overall strategy for developing and maintaining the events in China audience through effective use of all appropriate channels.

Scope of Responsibility/工作职责:
1. To propose, manage and implement the Marketing Plan for Assigned shows in China with the delivery of a cost effective and appropriate marketing plan with supported market data and analysis for each of the respective events within the agreed budget and timeline.
提出并管理、实施相应展会的营销计划,提供具有成本效益且适当的营销计划,并在商定的预算和时间表内为每个活动提供支持的市场数据和分析。
2. To lead the Marcom executives to execute marketing plans and meet show targets
领导市场执行进行营销计划并实现项目目标
3. To assist the Project director to monitor the Assigned shows in China Budget by delivering of all marketing activity within agreed budget and timeline
通过在商定的预算和时间范围内提供所有营销活动,协助项目主管监督预算中的相应情况
4. To manage all aspects of print production, distribution and effectiveness tracking including production of cost effective high quality brochures, invites and other printed materials

5. To manage overall media relationships for Assigned shows in China with the achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for Assigned shows and it’s activities across all available media

6. To manage and direct visitors development including the creation and management of special VIP programs, subscription and similar schemes in order to encourage more new visitors and repeat visitors

7. Achievement of a positive working relationship with the E-Marketing Department in order to create consistent and timely delivery of show messages to the targeted audiences

8. To understand the visitors behavior of the Assigned shows in China by planning visitors behavior surveys, execution of surveys, analysis and report the survey results. The survey results will be used in developing events program including conference activities, buyers program and the creation of value proposition.

9. To evaluate the effectiveness of channels for respective events by collecting and analyzing data of every channel

Skills & experience
1. Degree in marketing, business, mass communication or related disciplines with at least 3 years working experience of marketing manager.

2. Market vision and the ability to acquire quickly detailed knowledge of the industry

3. Ability to meet deadlines within budget
