Job description
Communication
· Presenting concepts and storyboards to internal clients.
· Presenting video work to the rest of GWR.
· Acting as an ambassador for GWR on all shoots.
· Conducting interviews on shoots.
Autonomy & Freedom to Act
· Running video shoots and taking responsibility for decisions on location.
· Managing edit time to meet deadlines.
Analytical Reasoning
· Following client briefs.
· Working with assets on Asset Bank.
· Understanding rights and permissions issues for filming.
Skills & experience
Job Knowledge
· Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
· Final Cut Pro X
· Compressor
· Knowledge of video codecs, formats, editing workflows, and storage media.
· Strong camera operating skills.
· Ability to self-shoot, to include audio recording.
· Understanding of records management system.
· Understanding of licensing and rights management.
· Be familiar with famous and popular video platforms, familiar with different audience type, be sensitive with video trends and market.
