What We Offer
In this role, you will work closely with the China Sales Manager and Asia Business Development Director and collaborate with leading global clients to drive TERAO’s activities in China. This internship offers hands-on experience in business development and marketing, with a focus on delivering top-tier building sustainability services in an international, dynamic and supportive environment.
Job description
1. Sales Support (80%):
· Database Management: Utilize CRM systems, scraping tools, and data analysis to develop, maintain, and enrich the TERAO database of prospects. Identify companies, key decision-makers, and contact information.
· Lead Generation: Support the Business Development team by initiating first meetings with potential clients.
· Sales Strategy Support: Work closely with the China BD team to provide insights that support TERAO’s sales strategies for the China market.
· Proposal & Bidding: Assist in the proposal and bidding processes to convert sales opportunities.
· Administrative Support: Manage the NDA and contract processes, ensuring timely execution and accurate filing.
2. Marketing Support (20%):
· Content Creation: Create marketing content in English and Chinese to boost brand awareness online. Distribute this content across various platforms.
· Social Media Management: Post content on Chinese social media channels, in coordination with the Asia Marketing Manager.
· Marketing Material Improvement: Assist in improving and updating marketing support materials.
Skills & experience
· Currently pursuing or recently completed University/Business School degree in Business/Marketing
· Excellent level in English & Chinese
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strong research and analytical skills.
· Experience with CRM systems and data management tools
· Familiarity with LinkedIn and Chinese social media platforms (e.g., WeChat).
· Open-minded personality with a strong desire to learn
· Ability to work within an international and multi-cultural team
· Good Organization Skills, including time management and management of priorities
· Interest in the Sustainability industry is a must
