Job description
Responsibilities
- Deal with the day-to-day secretarial work of the partner
- Support the whole team to optimize the project / working schedule / partner’s related work
- Organize travel arrangement, business functions and events
- Handle business correspondence, expenses claims; prepare reports, minutes, file notes
- Coordinate meetings and prepare presentation materials
- Translate the documents as required

-组织旅行安排、商务活动和活动
-处理商务信函、费用报销;准备报告、会议纪要、文件笔记
-协调会议并准备演示材料

Skills & experience
Experience
- 2-5 years of administrative working experience, relevant firm experience is preferred;
- A good team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Be tactful and sensible in handling challenging tasks
- Be responsible and accountable
- Expert in coordinating travel arrangements, and experienced in organizing business meetings
- Proficient with office facilities and software Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
