Job description

1、负责策划和执行产业园区的招商工作；

2、负责产业园区招商渠道拓展与维护（国内及国外），并与相关政府机构、行业协会、上下游企业等建立长效沟通和合作机制;

3、负责招商工作的推进，管理调意向客户的洽谈、签约工作；

4、负责与产业园区大客户的交流与合作，发展和维护与大客户良好的业务关系。

Skills & experience

1、本科以上学历，留学生或英语特别熟练者优先；

2、三年以上产业园（工业厂房、企业总部、孵化器等）招商运营管理经验；

3、具有丰富的产业园区一线招商宣传推广资源、工业地产行业及政府招商部门人脉；

4、主动性强、擅长交际，性格开朗；

5、团队意识强、有创新开拓意识，能适应高强度工作。
