Job Summary: The Head of Procurement will lead the procurement function, driving strategic sourcing initiatives and managing supplier relationships to ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to build and manage high-performing teams, and a deep understanding of procurement best practices. The Head of Procurement will play a critical role in delivering results that create measurable and superior value for the company. As an international company, effective communication and collaboration with teams in Europe and China are critical.

· Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that align with company goals and objectives.

Skills & experience
Qualifications:
-取得工商管理、供应链管理、金融或相关专业学士学位;硕士学位优先。
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
-至少10 年采购或供应链管理经验,其中至少 5 年担任领导职务。
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

· Proven track record of delivering measurable results and creating superior value through procurement initiatives.
