Job Summary: The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving procurement processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. As an international company, effective communication and collaboration with teams in Europe and China are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills & experience
Qualifications:
-工商管理、金融、供应链管理或相关专业的学士学位。
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-至少 3-5 年的业务分析工作经验,最好是在采购或供应链领域。
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably within procurement or supply chain.
-熟练掌握数据分析工具和软件(如 Excel、SQL、BI 工具)。
· Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
-出色的解决问题能力和对细节的关注。
