岗位描述 JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Events Management
Before events - responsible for making events newsletters, designing events flyers, confirmation to people's registrations for events, relevant events information statistics maintenance and outputting the data.
During events - responsible for the registration desk (set up, banners, brochures, registration lists, collecting entrance fees, issuing receipts, photos, meeting minutes etc.) of Guangzhou events.
After events - Accounting & following up
2. Working Group Affairs
Responsible for research tasks related to business and working group affairs.
3. Office administration
