Lobby Letter to CFDA on China's Special Food Registration

The Paediatric Nutrition Desk (PN Desk) and Food for Special Medical Purpose Advisory Council (FSMP AC) jointly submit the Position Paper on the Registration Policy of China's Special Food to the CFDA. As the supporting organisation of the EU funded project Advance EU Access to Financial Incentives for Innovation in China, representatives of the European Chamber's R&D Working Group participated in the First Experts' Workshop of this ongoing research project. Seminar on China's Special Food Registration Policy with CFDA

A seminar on China's special food registration policy was co-organized by the Paediatric Nutrition Desk and the Food for Special Medical Purpose Advisory Counsel of the Chamber. Ms. Wang Hong, Director General of the Special Food Registration Department of the CFDA, together with other representatives from the CFDA joined the seminar to listen to the industrial concerns for the registration policy of the infant formula milk powder recipe and Food for Special Medical Purpose.

On 20th March, the 2017 EU-China Forum on Sustainable Urban Development was launched at Putian, Fujian Province. This forum was hosted by the China Centre for Urban Development (CCUD) under the guidance of China National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). With the support from the Delegation of European Union to China (EUD), the Forum had the European Chamber, EUROCITIES, Joint Programming Initiative (JPI) Urban Europe as co-organisers and Putian People’s Government of Fujian Province as the implementer.
