Meeting with Secretary of Chongqing Municipal Party Committee Yuan Jiajun

On 16th Feb 2023, European Chamber National President Joerg Wuttke, Vice President Massimo Bagnasco, Vice President Carlo D'Andrea, Southwest China Chapter General Manager Sally Huang, and the member delegation of European Chamber had a VIP meeting with Secretary of Chongqing Municipal Party Committee, Yuan Jiajun at Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government.

The Secretary Yuan Jiajun welcomed chamber team, introduced Chongqing opportunities and the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. The President Joerg Wuttke introduced chamber 2022/2023 Position Paper with key recommendations and briefed Chamber EU tour to Brussels this January as well. Member representatives also expressed their interests in Chongqing and thanked the Chongqing government for their support and help. Two sides expressed closer cooperation.
