Division Director Song of Department of Consular Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) introduced the optimised policies for visa issuance for foreign nationals to China.

The seminar was focused on the China-EU Green and Low-Carbon Transformation Technology Exchange and Sharing and the Urban Low-carbon Transformation Path.
