On 10th January, the European Chamber met with DG Ditte Juul Joergensen (DG ENER) in Brussels to send key messages and exchange ideas concerning energy issues. Both sides presented ideas on heated discussed issues, including renewable energy, energy transition, energy security and circular economy.

On 24th November 2022, the EU-China Biopharmaceutical Innovation and Development Roundtable took place using a hybrid format connecting Beijing and Brussels.
The roundtable, co-organised by the European Chamber and the China Society for Drug Regulation (CSDR), with the support from the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), enabled an open dialogue on pro-innovation regulatory policies between representatives from the European pharmaceutical industry and the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA).
Energy Working Group Supports the 2022 World Young Hydrogen Scientist Forum
China Hydrogen Alliance held the 2022 World Young Hydrogen Scientist Forum in Wenzhou, Zhejiang on Monday 14th November. With support from the European Chamber Energy Working Group, experts, academicians and outstanding young scientists from industry, universities and research institutes have gathered to discuss the key technological innovations of the industry and the development trend of hydrogen energy at home and abroad.
