European Tour 2023: Meeting with Spirits Europe

Adam Dunnett led a European Chamber delegation to meet with Spirits Europe to understand that issues that European spirits manufacturers are experiencing in the China market, outline the current situation in China and discuss EU-China relations in general.

European Tour 2022-23 Meeting with DG Ditte Juul Joergensen (DG ENER)

On 10th January, the European Chamber met with DG Ditte Juul Joergensen (DG ENER) in Brussels to send key messages and exchange ideas concerning energy issues. The European Chamber participants included the President, Vice Presidents, Chairs of the Energy and Environment Working Groups, and so forth. Both sides presented ideas on heated discussed issues, including renewable energy, energy transition, energy security and circular economy.

On 9th January, the European Chamber of Commerce in China met with Member of the European Parliament (MEP) and Vice-Chair of the Committee on International Trade (INTA) Marie-Pierre Vedrenne in Aloft Brussels Schuman. The meeting mainly focused on bilateral relationship between the EU and China. Both sides talked about crucial issues such as diversification, dependencies, Taiwan issue, investments etc.
