On Oct.19, the European Chamber Automotive Working Group, on behalf of member companies, submitted to MIIT their consolidated comments on <Interim Measures on Credits Concurrent Management for Average Fuel Consumption of Enterprises and New Energy-Powered Automobiles>, suggesting modifications on several key articles, such as calling for the Chinese authorities to ensure that credits are available as a route for compliance and putting a cap on allowance prices to enable effective business planning.
