Chamber Representatives Meet Shanghai Government Departments on Human Resources and Taxation Issues
On October 31st 2018, Human Resources and Finance and Taxation Heads of European Chamber member companies have joined a discussion with the Shanghai Party Committee Talent Coordination Office, Shanghai Municipal Taxation Bureau and Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (Foreign Expert Bureau) on the business environment and talent development of Shanghai city. During the meeting, members have raised current issues of concern, including measures for the attraction of foreign talent such as internship visa policies, and the implementation of the recently amended Individual Income Tax Law.
