Comments to GACC on Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Overseas Food Manufacturing Enterprises (Consultation Draft)
The European Chamber very much welcomes the General Administration of Customs, P.R.China (GACC)'s decision to collect opinions on the "Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Overseas Food Manufacturing Enterprises (Consultation Draft)". Upon careful study of the draft, the European Chamber Agriculture, Food and Beverage Working Group, Paediatric Nutrition Working Group, Food for Special Medical Purposes Working Group, and Cheese Working Group have collated all member inputs and submitted them to the GACC for their consideration. The European Union Delegation has also shown their concerns on this Draft, and adopted Chamber's comments in many ways.
