In view of the current situation in Europe with regards to COVID-19, the European Chamber has decided to launch a call for support through donations of medical equipment, which will be directed to the Emergency Response Coordination Centre from the European Union side. If your company or organisation would be interested in providing the following supplies, please contact Ms. Ester Cañada Amela at ecamela@europeanchamber.com.cn.

Requested supplies:

1. Ventilators, invasive icu type

2. Ventilators, non-invasive, non-critical care type

3. Respirator masks and helmets

4. Patient monitors

5. Diagnostic testing kits

6. Personal protective equipment

     a. FFP2 and FFP3 masks

     b. Gloves

     c. Eye and face protection (goggles and face shields)

     d. Disposable clothing (single-use)

7. Sample collection - Swabs

8. Sample transport - Boxes

9. Detection and / or extraction kits

10. Reagents for diagnosis

11. Laboratory machinery (RT-PCR machines)

12. Other laboratory equipment and items

Besides, the European Commission is currently looking for supplies in large quantities of personal protective equipment for purchase / public procurement, including from China. They are particularly interested in:

1. FFP2 and FFP3 masks

2. Medical masks

3. Gloves (medical and PPE – single use)

4. Eye and face protection (goggles and face shields)

5. Disposable clothing (single-use)
