Merge and acquisitions (M&A) activity in China keep gaining momentum in 2015. According to Thomson Reuters, during the first half of the year the value of announced M&A transactions reached 305 USD billion, 61.6% up compared to the same period last year and best record in a six month period in China.
This year’s M&A Conference will give attendees an overview on the latest trends, and the legal framework affecting M&A transactions and practical advice on carrying out these transactions. Our panel of experts will provide insightful knowledge about the reality of the investment landscape in China and from China to the world.
