The European Chamber has the pleasure to invite you to the seminar on Wednesday, 25 November from 15:00 to 17:00, with registration startingat 14:30.
The purpose of this seminar is to provide Finance & Taxation Working Group members with the most up-to-date information on the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Project and the concerned Intellectual Property (IP) issues. The two hours’ seminar will also offer advices for foreign companies on how to meet the new developments in strategic way. It is also a great opportunity for participants to have an open discussion on Consultation Draft of New Special Tax Adjustment Regulation and IP issues.
BEPS is a global problem which attracts the senior politicians’ attentions and it has become an issue on the agenda of OECD countries. During a meeting on 8 October 2015 in Lima, G20 Finance Ministers endorsed the final package of measures of a comprehensive, coherent and co-ordinated reform of the international tax rules.
With the support from the Dezan Shira & Associates, Ms. Shirley Chu, the Manager ofTransfer Pricing at Dezan Shira & Associates Dalian and Mr. Riccardo Benussi, theAssociate of International Business Advisory at Dezan Shira & Associates Shanghai will share their insights on the topic.
