The European Chamber cordially invites you to attend our seminar about “value based recruiting” on Wednesday, April 27, from 15:00 to 17:00 at Nanjing.
When it comes to the recruitment of Young Professionals in China, companies tend to see the challenges rooted in the talent pool rather than within their own organizations. Young talent management in China is a fascinating and complex business challenge and we ask our-self: How do organizations attract and assess the right talent? How do they develop it in an engaging manner that still corresponds with their business needs? What are the expectations of young professionals in China?
One of the first steps in attracting the right talent is to write a dynamic and attractive job advertisement. A well-written job ad yields a larger pool of more qualified applicants, and makes the selection process easier. Practical steps such as including desirable behavioral traits will increase the odds better applicants. Join this seminar for a discussion of methods of creating a strong job advertisement.
Every step in the process of recruitment is entangled with legal issues. For both recruiters and potential candidates, how to avoid legal risks is highly concerned. Current situation in labor market is severe: exaggerated or even false propaganda will easily go beyond relevant laws and regulation; intense tendency of employment discriminations related to age, gender, length of service, registered residence, etc. should not be overlooked; invasion of job seekers' privacy is a frequent but largely unaware phenomenon; compliance of labor contracts and offer letters will involve both parties' interests.
You will be meeting with other like-minded people in the afternoon with a relaxing atmosphere.
